Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant – IT into Investment Banking - LONDON
Basic Salary: £18000 to £22000 – OTE: Year 1 £60,000 – Year 2 £85,000 to £100,000

My client, an IT into Investment Banking recruitment specialist, is looking for graduates who are money motivated, driven, self managed and passionate about sales. You will be joining a business that has a proven ability to train and develop graduates into high earning Recruitment Professionals. See below what you can expect from this opportunity:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be working in a fast paced and driven environment. This is a business to business sales position that is both consultative and client facing. You will be providing technical professionals to some of the biggest investment banks across London operating at a very senior level.

I am looking for individuals who are hungry for success, confident, money motivated, tenacious, resilient and passionate about the sales industry. You will ideally be educated to degree level and have previous experience of working in a sales environment.
