Graduate Trainee IT / Telco Recruitment Consultant

As one of only a few recruitment companies that survived the recent downtown without making redundancies; showing continued growth they are now seeking to add additional consultants to their Central London team.

As a technology focussed trainee Recruitment Consultant you will develop revenue streams primarily within the IT and Telco sector; building relationships with all suppliers; operators; network providers and more. You will identify; qualify and build relationships with key decision makers within the sector. The role will also involve an element of candidate control where you will manage and complete the full recruitment process from application to placement. This role comes with full and ongoing training covering all aspects of recruitment and the sales process.

The ideal degree educated candidate will have a minimum of 3-6 months business sales or commercial experience. You will be highly professional with first class communication and presentation skills; possess high degrees of motivation; drive and the commitment to developing a career within this globally respected recruiter.

The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary of 18-21k dependent upon previous sales or recruitment experience with an uncapped OTE of 40k in the first year plus an additional benefits package.
