Merchandise Administration Assistant - Arcadia Group

A Merchandise Administration Assistant provides crucial support to the Merchandising team, taking an active role by analysing sales trends, monitoring deliveries and maintaining stock levels. As an MAA you will predict how many of each item will sell, in what colour and size. Having enough stock to satisfy demand, but not having too many left at the end of the season is a critical element of the role.

To be successful in this role you’ll need strong analytical and numerical skills, commercial knowledge and the ability to thrive in a fast moving environment, combined with great communication and organisational skills. A fashion, business or numerical related degree is preferred but not essential, and 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths and English (Grades A-C).
