Technical Resourcer

STR are currently recruiting for a Resourcer to work on the delivery of some of our key clients/accounts. The main functions of the job role will be:

Utilisation of all internal and external database and Job boards to source ideal candidates for the clients Permanent and Contract opportunities.
Via investigation and networking techniques - become a market / technical expert in your assigned field.
Generating Sales leads for the business via a variety of ways inclusive of candidate calling.
Networking through market areas to identify candidates in niche markets.
Negotiating with candidates, where applicable on client offers.

To arrange and track all interviews booked from candidates submitted.
To provide feedback to candidates at all stages of the recruitment process.
To meet monthly targets and KPI's as set by the your Manager
Updating the candidate details on the STR database, ensuring all information is precise and up to date.
Any other duties as required.

The successful candidate will come from a technical background and have a real interest in sales and recruitment.
