Knowledge Based Partnership Graduate – Towards 2010
(12 months Fixed Purpose Contract)
A pro-active, innovative and self-motivated graduate is required for a Knowledge Based Partnership (KBP) between Birmingham City University and Towards 2010, a Workforce Development Project with Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospital NHS Trust. The project is directed to researching education and training practices within the Health sector to address changing roles and functions and to examine the industrial and commercial sectors to identify instances of best practice.
The Associate will be employed by the University but based at the City Hospital, Birmingham.B18 7QH and therefore will be expected to comply with the Organisation’s hours of work, working practices and holiday conditions.
The Associate will work day-to-day with the Towards 2010 project Workforce Lead.
You will need a minimum 2.1 honours degree classification or equivalent and some experience of working in industry/commerce or Health sector. Good communication and team working skills are required.
