We have a proven track record across the entire investment spectrum and would like to invite high calibre graduates to join our graduate programme within Global Real Estate and Global Investments.

When you join our graduate programme you will be given real responsibility from the outset. This will involve taking on challenges that push you outside your comfort zone and sharpen your business understanding, problem-solving skills and commercial insight. You will experience on-the-job training, which will be supported by a carefully structured development programme.

The big difference between Aviva Investors and our competitors is the amount of individual attention you will receive. From day one you will be doing a real job in a real department and have the opportunity work alongside some of our top talent. You will be assigned a mentor and a management sponsor, who will provide support and career advice as you rotate throughout your chosen business area. Our training programme is challenging, but the objective is to provide you will the necessary skills to ensure you reach your objectives of becoming a high-performing investment professional, with the potential to rise into leadership positions within our business.

Our graduate programme lasts for 12-24 months and the aim is to give you a broad understanding before you specialise.

To be considered you will have a minimum of a 2:1 be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship, able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, with either knowledge of Global Real Estate, or Global Investment. In addition you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a strong team player, client focused and demonstrate integrity.
