Graduate Marketing Analyst - Aegis Media

ævolve is an independent evaluation and research consultancy owned by Aegis Media and based in London’s Covent Garden. We work in conjunction with leading media planning and buying agencies such as Carat and Vizeum, for famous brands such as Google, Coca-Cola, ITV, Renault, Aviva and many more.

We are a team of 40 professionals from varied backgrounds such as client and agency-side marketing and market research, media planning and buying, consultancy, data analytics and consumer insight.

ævolve is looking for a bright, enthusiastic graduate, with curiosity and an analytical mind.

The analyst will assist the ævolve team by providing actionable insight from all available data, learning analytical techniques and marketing knowledge.

Working within an exciting yet demanding agency environment, the individual must be able to work under tight deadlines and take responsibility for their own work. The successful candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude, must be keen to take on new challenges and pick up new ideas and methods quickly. The ability to work as part of a team is essential.

Job requirements for all roles:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Educated to degree level (2:1 or equivalent)
• Numerate with an analytical mindset
• Highly confident and capable of providing high levels of service to our clients and media owners
• Good time management and the ability to work under pressure and react to last minute client requests
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Ability to juggle a number of tasks at once and consistently to deliver high quality work to given deadlines
• Ability to think on their feet and good self presentation
• Thinking ahead to avoid potential issues – to provide solutions, not problems!
• A team player who embraces the company's vision and objectives
• Must be quick to learn, and keen to develop
• Display a passion for media and be hungry to learn - ultimately this will provide you with the opportunity to develop your career within Aegis Media
