On our 11-month Placement Programme, you'll be making a real contribution whilst developing a wide range of skills to equip you for the future. Yes, it will test you. But by performing a real job, you'll always be learning something new.

Of course, you won't be on your own. Always close at hand will be the experienced management team and a personal mentor who will guide and support you.

Your 18-month Graduate Development Programme begins with a five-day induction. Your route will take you onto the production line, where you'll spend eight weeks getting to know the processes and people that are the soul of our business. You will have opportunities for pan-European training. All along the way, you'll tackle live problems and provide solutions. And you'll arrive at your destination having made a real contribution.

You will be continually assessed throughout your 18-month programme and your performance will be reviewed every six months. In addition, you'll receive an excellent benefits package.

As a Placement student, you'll be responsible for a number of key projects, whilst all the time supported, guided and developed by the team around you. We take our responsibilities seriously and our structured training and appraisal system will provide you with a great platform for the future. After all, we hope that one day you'll be back to join us as a graduate.
