1. The prize is an 8GB iPod Touch. No cash equivalent is available.
2. The closing date for this competition is 30^th June 2011 and the prize must be taken up within one year of that date.
3. The prize will be awarded by graduate-jobs.com and their decision will be final and no correspondence entered into.
4. graduate-jobs.com have the right to amend, cancel, modify, or supersede this prize if, in our sole discretion, the prize is not capable of being issued for whatever reason(s).
5. The prize is non-transferable.
6. No responsibility will be accepted by graduate-jobs.com for any partial or complete failure in transmission or receipt of entries.
7. Entrants must be currently in full time study at a recognised UK university to enter the prize draw and must be over 18 years of age.
8. The winner will be selected randomly by graduate-jobs.com.
9. Email addresses that are not registered with graduate-jobs.com will not be eligible for the prize draw.
10. graduate-jobs.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered, or sustained, as a result of taking the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
11. graduate-jobs.com collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
12. Friends and family members associated with graduate-jobs.com Ltd. are not able to enter this draw.
13. The prize will be sent and tracked using Royal Mail Special Delivery. The prize will be deemed to have been successfully claimed when Special Delivery tracking indicates full delivery.
