1st Line Helpdesk Technical Support Engineer - £16k - £19k -Networking / Cisco - NW London / Buckinghamshire

Are you looking for stability, training and career progression and enjoy IT Helpdesk Support and Networking? Do you have around 3-12 months commercial IT support / helpdesk experience and can talk confidently about troubleshooting TCP/IP, VPN and networking issues? Are you an IT graduate keen to kick start your career working for a global organization? Then this could be your ideal position!!!

Essential Skills:

- Strong PC skills - troubleshooting TCP/IP, VPN, ADSL and DNS issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At least 3-12 months commercial IT support experience either in a helpdesk capacity or in a technical IT environment.
- Router and network understanding (ideally you would have experience setting up your own network at home or for friends / family)
- Must have a driving license & own transport

Desirable Skills:

- Experience of working within a UK call centre environment
- Working towards or have passed the Cisco CCNA certification
- Understanding of PC hardware
- UK Graduate in Computer Science / Internet Technology / IT related degree
