Overview Founded in 2010 as a team of 16, Spencer Ogden has grown to a 90 person strong business with 5 offices across 3 continents and a plan for further expansion this year. 2011 saw the business grow to a record GBP19million T/O; a 475% increase on the year before. When you start with Spencer Ogden you will be inducted into a 2 week intensive classroom training academy, throughout which you will learn everything you need, to begin your career in recruitment. Upon successful completion of the Graduate Academy you will continue to be supported by the Learning and Development team. We have a team of trainers who work in-house to develop and implement training for an individual's personal needs and requirements and this will be maintained throughout your career with Spencer Ogden.

Trainee recruitment consultants are required to work hard and be very self-motivated, this is a tough job and not for the 'work shy'. In reward for your efforts and successes in the job, you will be paid a great base and from a very generous commission structure as well as be eligible for multiple incentives including holidays to New York, Las Vegas, Ibiza!
