Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As a recruitment consultant you will be responsible for covering the entire recruitment lifecycle by sourcing the role, identifying suitable candidates and maintaining client relationships. Unlike other consultancies this is a 360 degree role and you’ll be 100% responsible for all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle. In return we will pay you a direct proportion of your billings even after your very first placement.

Lawrence Harvey, established in 2003, is a small prestigious, London based IT/Search and Selection consultancy who continue to experience phenomenal success with turnover increasing consistently by over 50% year on year.

All our growth has been organic and as a result of our continuing success we are looking to further expand across Europe. We have already established a German and Benelux operation and are now looking to expand into Scandinavia.

Lawrence Harvey combines head hunting, advertising, and campaign based recruitment to target experienced hires and management. We work with many of the top tier financial services organisations and banks, big 5 management consultancies right through to niche software providers.

Working Environment

All our growth at Lawrence Harvey has been organic and we have never recruited externally a senior recruitment consultant or manager. Our philosophy is to nurture our talent and progress people accordingly. We have a dedicated trainer who has will cover all the components of the recruitment lifecycle as well as teaching the background on the IT industry itself. They will also give ongoing support by sitting at the desk and ensuring the training is being applied. We have also invested heavily in our own IT systems and have one of the most technically advanced recruitment databases on the market.
