Woolworths Group Leadership Programme (WGLP)
WGLP is a development framework for people with the potential to become future business leaders. It develops people within chosen functional areas, including Marketing, IT, Retail, Commercial, Finance, HR or Supply Chain.
Clearly, we need to meet the demands of our business, but the programme is very much about you - your strengths and weaknesses, and your goals and aspirations. You will be appointed into an actual role, with real responsibility from day one, and be trained according to your needs - both within the function and beyond it.
By outlining the behaviours and traits we look for, detailing our programme offering, and (perhaps more importantly) being honest about what you will and won't get from Woolworths Group, we can help you make an informed decision about whether or not a career with us is right for you.
