FDM Academy is a division of FDM Group, responsible for training individuals to become “Mounties” - FDM’s most valued IT Consultants. FDM Academy boasts an award- winning, flagship IT training methodology, which supports the ongoing training of graduates and the launch of their IT career. We select future employees who demonstrate prior IT knowledge and a strong capacity to learn. The Graduate Programme training typically lasts three months and is designed to provide the commercially relevant IT skills and business awareness required in today’s demanding workplace. You will be working with companies such as HSBC, The BBC, BT, UBS, Sony and British Airways. With a guaranteed 2 years employment as a Java or .Net Developer, Test Analyst, Infrastructure or Application Support Analyst, working for some of the most prestigious companies worldwide, FDM is the ideal path into a successful IT career!
