A combination of on the job training and training programmes are designed to develop you in your current role and also prepare you for your next role.

A number of centralised training programmes are run over the first year and through these you will have the opportunity to network with other graduates from within the Group. Subjects covered include financial and project management as well as influencing and persuading skills.

An individual training plan will also be agreed with you and implemented locally.
