What is the recruitment process?
You will have a competence-based interview with the graduate recruitment team. If you are successful, you will then be invited to attend an interview with one of our managers Once you have been successful at this interview, you will be invited to attend and Assessment Centre at one of our training locations. If you excel at our Assessment Centre, you will then be brought back for a final stage interview.

What will the Assessment Centre consist of?
The Assessment Centre will consist of a group exercise, a coaching exercise an aptitude/personality test and an opportunity to do a presentation.
