Training & Profiles

As you'd expect, a firm like Deloitte offers excellent training and development. You will benefit from formal and informal training to equip you with the skills to be a well rounded business advisor. In some careers at Deloitte you will undertake professional qualifications such as ATT, ACA, FIA and CTA. To help graduates excel in these studies, you are given significant support, which is one of the reasons why Deloitte graduates have regularly outperformed other professional services firms in these prestigious exams.

Of course, our work is demanding and often pressurised, especially because we take our responsibilities towards clients and exams very seriously. But we also understand that you have a wide range of aspirations, so you'll find a good work life balance and an impressive range of sports and social activities to get involved in - from black-tie events to charity fun runs.

What Deloitte offers to you foremost is a fantastic work life balance. Few jobs will reward as much, but allow you to pursue the other ventures in your life. I appreciate this more than anyone having come from an Investment Banking job. This was one of the main reasons I joined Deloitte. The people here are the reason I will stay - Friends for life.
