You’ll start on a salary of £31,000 plus a £10,000 bonus in your first year. If you’d like to be part of a team with around 177,000 people in 120 countries, you’ll need to have outstanding academics. We typically accept those with a 2:1 or above and at least 340 UCAS points. Of course, you’ll also need to show us what you’ re made of in terms of high performance.
