What makes Graduate Success different?
Graduate Success is a graduate selection consultancy - we only deal with graduates.
Graduate Success is not just about getting you a job but about making sure your graduate life is a success.
We do this by-
- First finding you the right career
- Then making sure you get the best training & development possible
- And finally coaching and supporting you through your career
This all starts before your 1st interview, as we will show you how to stand out in the graduate market
- At Graduate Success, unlike other recruitment companies, we don't have masses of 'vacancies', many of which fairly low level jobs that they are trying to 'get graduates to take'. All the companies we work with offer real career opportunities for graduates who deliver results
- Our clients work exclusively with us (i.e. they don't use other recruitment companies or do any recruitment directly themselves) because they know we find them the best.
- If we invite you for interview at Graduate Success (and we meet less than 10% of the graduates we get applications from) it is the same as the first round interview with the organisation themselves.
- Get past us (!) and we will get you in front of that company typically for final interview / assessment
- We will prepare you in detail for any interview or assessment event you are attending
- And we only ever put 2 or 3 graduates up for each role so we will never waste your time putting you up for jobs where you don't have a great chance of being offered the job
Graduate Success will work with you not just throughout the recruitment process but once you start your career too. We will provide you with a quantity of tools to help you develop your career as well as being at the end of the phone for you to discuss any work related issues.
OUR COMMITMENT
We cannot promise to find you a job! But as a minimum we do commit to:
- Come back to you within 24 hours of you sending us your CV
- Giving you whatever feedback and advice we think appropriate to help make you be as marketable as possible, following on from any interview you have with us
- Be honest with you as to how we can help you
- Provide you with all the advice and direction you need before any interview
- Support you once you have started with your new employer
- Go the 'extra mile' for you
